Carbon Dioxide Emissions by Country 1990-2015

China incresed tremendously from  2000 to 2014 and now has emissions double the United States. In the US growth stopped in 2000 and a downward trend has been in place the last 9 years. Source Henry Luke 6/2/2017, Last revised 7/27/2017
